In the fall of 2022, Team Snubbing proudly announced the inception of Team Snubbing International (TSI), marking our first major step into global markets. TSI was formed in part with assets acquired earlier in the year from High Arctic Energy Services (HAES). While these assets did not align with our domestic fleet requirements, they were expertly repurposed to meet the needs of new and emerging international markets. 

Our first international deployment was to Alaska’s Cook Inlet, where we leveraged this specialized equipment to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative snubbing solutions. This expansion into the international arena was made possible by bringing in several seasoned managers to complement our highly skilled operations group, strengthening our capacity to execute complex projects worldwide. 

The launch of TSI underscores our commitment to strategic growth, operational excellence, and the delivery of tailored solutions to clients across diverse markets. We are excited to build on this momentum as we explore new opportunities and partnerships around the globe.

In the summer of 2022, Team Snubbing completed the asset purchase of High Arctic Energy Services’ (HAES) diverse fleet of snubbing equipment. This strategic acquisition instantly positioned Team Snubbing as the largest snubbing service provider in Canada, solidifying our leadership in the industry.

The addition of HAES’s high-quality and versatile equipment has allowed us to broaden our capabilities, enhance operational efficiency, and provide an even higher standard of service to our customers. This expansion marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy and reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class snubbing solutions to the Canadian oil and gas sector.

With this acquisition, Team Snubbing is better equipped than ever to meet the evolving demands of the market, and we look forward to continuing to set the standard for safety, reliability, and performance in snubbing operations.

HAES had a long standing history as a pioneer in the Canadian Snubbing Services industry and we plan to carry that on into the future with the same care for our workers and cutomers as we grow larger and expand our footprint.
